Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms!!! Poor maintenance issues like leaking ceilings!!! Outdated bathrooms with inconvenient layouts!!! Noise from nearby highway makes it hard to relax!!! Water temperature problems are quite frustrating!!!

The King Room was amazing! Super spacious with a large TV and the bed was just so comfy. We slept really well. The desk area was perfect for working too. Just a heads up, though, we did notice some issues with the bathroom, the water pressure wasn’t great. But overall, decent stay!

My stay included a pleasant and efficient check-in experience with helpful staff. The coffee maker in the room was quickly replaced when it malfunctioned. However, the breakfast options were basic, offering mostly grab-and-go items, and the hotel is in need of further updates to the rooms for a more comfortable experience.

The lobby was beautiful, and I loved the large TV and spacious desk area in my room, making it super easy to work. The indoor pool looked refreshing, and the exercise room had plenty of options for a good workout. The only downside was a bit of awkwardness with the bathroom layout, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Had a fantastic time staying here with friends! The location is super convenient, close to the Westgate Mall for shopping and movie nights. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Clean and comfy rooms made it even better. Definitely recommend it for a group getaway.

Just a prime choice for a stopover in Amarillo with good price-value balance. The delivery from a local Italian restaurant was quick and hot, making our night easier. Check their breakfast hours. it was basic but worked for us.

The beautiful Victorian decor and cathedral ceilings made me feel like royalty. Plus, the handy amenities made it easy for my husband to navigate, especially in the relaxing whirlpool tub. The atmosphere was lovely.
